Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size/color selection made at checkout. Please review the size guide and product details carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at roxxhiteshkumarkhanwani@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging showing the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a full refund or free replacement — you will not need to ship the item back to us.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if the request is made before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded except under the Damaged/Defective/Incorrect terms above.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at roxxhiteshkumarkhanwani@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Items damaged due to customer misuse after delivery
- Orders where an incorrect address was provided by the customer
- Delays caused by customs, local carriers, or events outside our control
